Mount Rainier National Park, Wildflowers and Landscapes

Thank you for your interest in Jack Graham Photo Workshops

Our photography workshops are designed for the nature and outdoor photographer, no matter what level. Each workshop is planned to provide ample time in the field to work on your photography skills while interacting with nature. You can expect to experience landscape, close up and some action photography during our time together. Itineraries are designed to take the weather, light conditions and the best photographic opportunities into consideration. We hope you will join us on one of our events very soon!

Please join me in August 2018 for my workshop on Mount Rainier, Washington. Every day I look out my backyard in Washington and can see “The Mountain” bathed in a mist or in clouds. Then, out of nowhere they lift, exposing this sleeping giant in all its glory. An easy drive from Seattle, this workshop features locations that include amazing wildflower displays, all with the backdrop of the high Cascades. We’ll explore lower elevations, where the old growth rainforests feature an entirely different ecosystem. If we get lucky we may even see deer, mountain goats, elk, marmots and other wildlife commonly on the mountain.

I’m limiting this workshop to 8 attendees so the small group will allow plenty of one on one time with everyone. Our workshop officially begins at sunrise on August 9 however we’ll meet for a short time on August 8 at the Stone Creek Lodge (38642 State Road 706, Ashford, WA) at Mount Rainier to go over itineraries, workshop goals and get to know each other. Our workshop will end after our sunrise location on Sunday morning August 12, allowing you the time to return home that day if you wish.
